1. You are required to take your new puppy to a Licensed Veterinarian with 72 hours of picking up your puppy. If the buyer DOES NOT take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian with 72 hours of pick-up ALL guarantees are null and void.
2. Your puppy has no known disease or illness.
3. Your puppy has no known congenital or hereditary conditions that adversely affect the health of the puppy at the time of sale or that is likely to adversely affect the health of the puppy in the future.
4. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any congenital or hereditary conditions for one year from date of birth.
If you take your puppy to a licensed Veterinarian and he/she states the puppy is unhealthy, you will need to send me a copy of the signed letter from your Vet, explaining why the puppy is unhealthy.
We do not cover intestinal parasites or umbilical hernias.
We do not cover fleas. We do not have fleas here, but they can get them from public places or being around dogs with fleas.
Should your puppy be diagnosed with a Genetic debilitating defect that would prohibit the puppy from leading a normal pet life within 12 months of birth. We will replace the puppy at no additional cost to the buyer when one becomes available. The OFA is the sole and only judge in determining hip dysplasia. A CERF certified veterinarian must confirm any hereditary eye defects.
In order for any of the above provisions to be enforceable, a written statement from the buyer’s licensed veterinarian must be furnished to us as to the exact nature of the defect within 3 days of said visit to the veterinarian. We reserve the right to get a second opinion at the seller’s expense.
If the buyer has the puppy “put to sleep” before contacting the seller, ALL guarantees are null and void.
It is understood and agreed that this contract is made and signed by all parties to ensure the well being and protection of this animal. The Buyer agrees to keep the dog in the proper physical condition, to keep all vaccinations up to date and to provide a safe environment for the animal.
Pet puppies should be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age as deemed by your veterinarian.
This contract is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferrable.
